So yesterday a group of us from my photo & architecture class got to go outside and try out the school's medium format camera. It was a lot of fun (minus a couple initial blunders with working the camera and then some improper film loading). I can't wait to see how my photos came out...although they won't be too exciting since we had to stay on campus and photograph

Anyways, we shall see

After that adventure, I had some extra time and so I decided to go up to the photo lab and work on some photos. This proved to be a problem, however, because a) I didn't exactly have any new photos to work on and b) I seemed to be completely brain dead as soon as I opened Photoshop. It was quite depressing and after that combined with the extreme sluggishness of the school's Macs I gave up and went out with my girlfriends instead.

It was actually perfect because as I was skulking back from the lab, I see Keds' car pulled up front with all of them in it, windows rolled down and calling to me. Couldn't have had better timing, really . So from there we journeyed out to Wellesley to look at all the little shops. Unfortunately, most of them were closed by the time we got there, but we managed to grab some warm drinks in a little cafe and then visit this very cool shop with lots of little odds and ends pertaining to paper goods. I found the cutest thing ever I just couldn't pass up:



I know, I have a serious spending problem, but isn't it just the cutest little stapler you've ever seen? I think I'll bring it to work and keep it on my desk in my cubicle (lol).

Oh, and that paper on which my stapler is standing is the homework I've been neglecting for the past hour or so. Blah. I am so over some of my classes; they really just need to be finished with.

I'm really going to try and be more active on here. I miss the community aspect of this site. Some people I watch have seemed to disappear from here and that makes me sad

Anyways, I hope you guys are all doing well . It's getting warmer and warmer here and I absolutely love it. Especially the fact that my window is wide open right now and I'm not even cold. I just love the outside sounds that drift in...
